Terms of Service

The service

Energy+ is a multi-tenant solar CRM platform. Features may include lead capture, pipeline management, scheduling, automations, messaging, and related tools. We may update, add, or remove features as the product evolves.

Accounts and workspaces

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• Workspace owners are responsible for their team members’ use of Energy+ and for data they store in the workspace.
• You must use Energy+ in compliance with applicable laws, including marketing, privacy, and telecom consent rules for email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

SMS terms

By providing a mobile number on our solar assessment form, you agree that Impact Advertising Ltd (Energy+) and the solar company named on that form may send SMS about your assessment. Checking the marketing SMS box is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies (typically a few messages around your assessment; marketing texts at most a few per week). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Customer data

You retain ownership of the customer and business data you submit to Energy+. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed to upload and message contacts.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select at checkout. Enterprise access may be arranged separately. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

Acceptable use

You may not use Energy+ to:

• Send spam or unlawful communications.
• Violate third-party rights or platform policies (including Twilio, email providers, or Meta).
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Disclaimer and liability

Energy+ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Impact Advertising Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to us for Energy+ in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Energy+ at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
