Information we collect

• Waitlist email addresses submitted on energy-plus.site so we can confirm your signup and notify you when access opens.
• Account details such as name, email address, and company workspace information you provide during sign-up and onboarding.
• Customer and lead data you enter into Energy+ (for example contact details, addresses, notes, and pipeline activity).
• Usage and technical data such as device information, IP address, and logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Payment and billing metadata processed by our payment provider when you subscribe.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve Energy+.
• Send waitlist confirmation and launch-access emails you requested by joining the waitlist.
• Send transactional messages (email, SMS, or WhatsApp where configured) that you request through the product, including reminders and customer outreach you initiate.
• Authenticate users, prevent abuse, and keep accounts secure.
• Process subscriptions and respond to support requests.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers who help us run Energy+ (for example hosting, email, SMS, payments, and analytics), only as needed to provide the service, and when required by law.

SMS program

If you provide a mobile number on a solar assessment form, we may send transactional texts about that request (proposal, booking, appointment reminders, missed-call follow-up, and contract signing). Recurring marketing texts are sent only if you check the SMS consent box. Message frequency varies: typically a few transactional messages around your assessment, and for marketing consent at most a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to cancel marketing texts. Reply HELP for help. You may also email privacy@energy-plus.site.

Your choices

Workspace owners can update or delete account and CRM data in the product. Recipients of marketing messages may unsubscribe via email links or SMS STOP where those channels are enabled. You may also contact us at the email above to request access or deletion, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Energy+ and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
